Years ago, I used to drive by a golf course where several men were playing golf in the middle of the day. Every time I drove by, in the middle of a weekday, I saw them there. Although I had no desire to play golf, I admired their freedom, and began to ask myself, “How are they so free that they can play golf in the middle a weekday? How can they afford to not have a 9-5 job? How have they achieved that kind of independence?”
Those questions led me on a quest to learn about achieving freedom for myself.
I started reading books, observing others, and asking people questions. I discovered several clues along the way.
Those clues became the principles I applied to my own life to see if they would work for me.
They did! They STILL do!
Today, I have achieved the life of my dreams. I get to spend a lot of time with my family, travel the world (with my family), and help a LOT of people!
I've put the very principles I've used to achieve my freedom in The Climb.
